Since the local market stopped, this part of Maple Road has become a rat-run and yet, with a school one side and a church and shops the other side, it has huge potential as a community hub - less traffic, more walking and cycling

Encourage cycling walking scooters for darrick wood infant and junior school. This road is dangerous and parking should be banned outside school for safety

Crossing in has no dedicated pedestrian crossing - it Is a death trap waiting to happen. To cross you need to run and hope - how on earth this is not better manged outside a blind corner and surgery.

Slow traffic speed from this point on towards George Lane. There are three schools from here to there

Speeding vehicles along Godwin and Siward Road making it unsafe to walk in the road, to avoid people walking on the pavement.

Fast cars use Ravensmead road as a cut through going very fast which is dangerous. The paths are too narrow on Ravensmead road as well.

Speeding traffic is very bad, we fear our kids are not safe on their way to their school. Please do something, please

Speeding vehicles along Godwin and Siward Roads making it unsafe to walk in the road, to avoid people walking on the pavement.

Speed humps or some sort of speeding deterrent needed for Siward /Godwin Road. It is a cut through road and desperately needs more than the current roundabout to slow the speeding traffic which is constant and very dangerous to pedestrians ... [more]

Speeding vehicles on this quiet road is horrendous. It needs speed bumps and a 20mph limit. Also those school flashing lights as many children and parents walk along it everyday in term time.

Lots of crashes and near accidents and aggressive motor behaviour as the road is too narrow and the road is used as a cut through! Our car has been smashed twice and my child nearly run over and me nearly run over!

Far too much speeding along here. And someone crashed into a front garden on this road recently. Parents walk kids home via this road and it doesn’t feel safe. Speed bumps or clearer speed limit signs needed.

Closing Maple Road at one end would reduce traffic making it safer for pedestrians and cyclists

The traffic speeds on Siward and Godwin Roads are ridiculous - something to slow cars down to make it safe to cycle, and walk on these streets

Busy with cars and parking in both directions with narrow pavements on access to primary school

Modal filter (walking/bicycles only) to quieten streets by minimising through traffic

Modal Filter required to prevent motor vehicles using this road as a rat-run

There is a school gate around a blind bend in Bromley Rd, cars speed through this stretch of the road at dangerous speeds. There will be casualties in front of Bishop Challoner School when more children leave from the gate. The council ne ... [more]

This road is too narrow for the amount of through motor traffic. Make this a no-through road for motor traffic.

Filter these roads to stop cars using as rat runs to avoid traffic lights on high street.

These roads are used constantly for rat running as are the roads parallel. If they were filtered to prevent through traffic then local traffic could still use them and it would open up the streets for family's to walk and cycle.

Several of the roads on the Davis Estate could be closed off to through vehicle traffic (such as north and south drive off st Leonard's rise to allow more space for cycling and play streets.

Roads are unmade and difficult to cycle or walk . A closure here would be very useful

The roads round Hawes Lane and Links Road, bounded by Glebe Way, Station Road, the railway line, Tiepigs Lane and Addington road should have strategic road closures allowing just local traffic to enter and to block through traffic. This wou ... [more]

This narrow residential road is currently used as a cut through. A modal filter would remove the rat run and improve conditions for walking (and cycling) as drivers wouldn't whizz through between Westmoreland Road and Hayes Road

The narrow bridge over the railway should be closed to motor traffic and filtered for pedestrians and cyclists only.

Traffic moves too quickly for children leaving and entering the school gate with the blind turn. It is too dangerous.

The cars speed down Altyre Way as it is a short cut to Croydon. It is a residential area and traffic calming measures need to be put in place urgently - we have regular accidents on this road.

Road closure during school drop off/pick up time to allow social distancing and encourage walking and cycling.

Cars parked on the approach to the park slip road block pedestrians vision and make it difficult to see if there are cars about to go down the slip road. Suspend a couple of the parking bays nearest the slip road so pedestrians can at least ... [more]

The pavement is narrow due to cars being parked half on/ half off the pavement. This means that in order to pass someone, you have to walk in the street. As the road is used as a cut through from Belvedere Road to Anerley Road, cars and bik ... [more]

Reducing rat running / speeding on (Old) Warren Rd with filter at junction to improve safety and space for walking (particularly where no footway) and cycling.

Cars, vans and lorries cause congestion on this road outside St George’s Primary School, Bickley. Parents and children struggle to squeeze onto the pavements, during pick up and drop off.

West Wickham high Street is busy for pedestrians and bikes. Make it one way and add a segregated cycle lane in both directions to make the experience more pleasant for pedestrians and cyclists. This would also allow for more Al fresco dinin ... [more]

Too much traffic around the Green difficult to cross for pedestrians and dangerous for cyclists. Closure of road by the shopping parade

The 2 vehicle lanes from Tweedy Road should merge sooner, and a northbound segregated cycle lane shoudl be formed. There is no need to hold northbound cyclists on London Road while vehicle traffic turns north from Tweedy Road, plenty of ro ... [more]

Very narrow pavement makes it hard at the best of times to walk down with pram plus kid scooting. Priority is very much for cars here. Pavement should be widened - actually this section of road should really be closed.

Tubbenden Lane is used as a rat run from A21 to Station Road. Well used by pupils going to Newstead School and Tubbenden School. Pavement very narrow in places. Closure will allow safe cycling and walking to schools and social distancing

There are two wide lanes for cars and little provision for safe Cycling. There are spaces for bikes at the traffic lights but you can't get to them without weaving through the traffic.
