Old Hill has very narrow (or non-existent) pavements despite being key walking route to schools, station and other amenities. Reducing on street parking or introducing a one-way system would make a big difference.

Why can't this junction be made more pedestrian friendly? You have to cross the road in stages, often made harder by all the vehicles driving through red traffic lights. Regularly.

The pavement is extremely narrow and used often by schoolchildren to and from school. Reduce road width to one lane, priority northbound so the pavement could be widened.

Single pavement too narrow for social distancing under bridge, dangerous to walk in the road.

There is no pavement. This is a popular walking spot from High St and I’ve seen many near misses as cars squeeze through. Maybe make it one way and give some space back for pedestrians and cyclists.

The pavement all along S.Eden Park Road is too narrow. It is a main walkway for children attending Unicorn Primary School and a lot of parents are put off due to the narrowness of the pavement and how fast the cars drive along this road.

Pavements are very narrow here especially at the bus stops. One of the four/five traffic lanes could be relocated to people walking.

Vehicles drive quickly here and the wide lanes are also hard for less mobile people to walk across. There are no safe crossing points. The lanes should be narrowed to reduce speeds and safe crossing points added.
